A participative program, the staff at Centers for Pain Management works with patients to achieve the goals of lessening pain and restoring function—all geared towards maintaining a better quality of life. Our team uses a comprehensive approach to treatment; options include injection therapy of the spine and related areas, medical management of pain, physical therapy modalities and psychological assessments. A referral from a physician is required for treatment at Centers for Pain Management.
